About the Play

Staged reading of Brother Brother Brothers, a play in development.

In a hypothetical near future, as tensions between Taiwan, China, and the U.S. rise, a Taiwanese-American family and a Chinese-American family collide in the least expected of places: an ice cream shop in small town Michigan. Although they each have different definitions of what it means to be free and to be seen, these disparate families come together to share one story of resilience, loss, and love.
